At Snuzzlo™, we truly want you to love your plush companion as much as we loved creating it. 🧸
If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Because of hygiene and product safety reasons, heavily used or damaged plush items may not qualify for a return.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible. 💖


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within a short time after being placed.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • There was an issue caused by us
